Heather started practicing yoga over ten years ago when she was an undergrad in Toronto looking for an outlet for academic stress. As Heather graduated and moved to work in Latin America, she brought her mat along, grateful that yoga could travel anywhere she went.
In 2015, Heather completed teacher training and hasn’t looked back. Since becoming a teacher, Heather has taught a variety of classes from yoga for rock climbers to vinyasa flow and restorative classes.
Heather’s classes invite you to use your breath as a tool to challenge yourself on the mat, exploring ways to grow your physical practice.
Jessica Riddle is typically the smiling face greeting you at the front desk, the voice you hear on the phone line and the one you’ll receive frequent (but not too frequent) emails from. As the owner and operator of Southeast Seminars and FAKTR, Inc., Jessica leads a team of clinicians, educators and marketing professionals that deliver continuing education and events for the healthcare industry.
As a life-long learner, Riddle appreciates the value of continual self-improvement and strives to learn something new each day. Her favorite quote is:
“You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.”
Jessica earned her Bachelors of Science in Business with a Concentration in Marketing from the University of South Carolina. After several years working in membership organizations and marketing agencies, Riddle founded Southeast Sports Seminars to address the growing need of quality marketing in the continuing education space. Jessica and her team work with practitioners and organizations from around the globe–helping develop and implement creative marketing strategies for courses and conferences.
After acquiring FAKTR, INC., Jessica and Director of Education for Southeast Sports Seminars, Todd Riddle set their sites on turning the traditional healthcare model on it’s ear by developing the FAKTR Center for Human Performance–offering cutting-edge technology and creative movement-based treatments for musculoskeletal conditions.
In her free time Jessica enjoys yoga, being outdoors, reading and spending time with her husband Todd and their four children Isabella, Scarlett, Brooks and Charleston.
